In March 2026, Pagani Capital will conduct a business trip to the United States in partnership with Corcoran and CRS, with an agenda focused on connecting North American investors with investment opportunities in Portugal: from premium real estate to investment structures with governance and a long-term horizon with our fund. This momentum is supported by official metrics: according to the Bank of Portugal (BPstat), the stock of FDI originating from North America reached €11,639.45 million in Q4 2025, and, from the perspective of the end investor, the Bank of Portugal reports a stock of US FDI in Portugal of approximately €11.4 billion at the end of Q1 2025, reinforcing the strategic relevance of the North American market for Portugal.

On this trip, Pagani Capital, Corcoran, and CRS will hold in-person meetings with investors, advisors, and networks to discuss, with data and rigor, how to structure exposure to Portugal with clear criteria for origination, analysis, execution, risk control, and reporting. In the context of the Golden Visa (ARI), AIMA describes a pathway based on capital transfers of ≥ €500,000 to non-real estate collective investment undertakings, with a minimum maturity of 5 years and the rule that at least 60% of the investment be applied to commercial companies based in Portugal, a framework that makes the conversation more substantive, focused on the quality of the vehicle, compliance, and value creation.
We aspire to fulfill a clear yet ambitious objective: to establish Portugal as a premier destination for investment and residence, presenting a disciplined, investor-grade proposition that aligns with U.S. standards.
This serves as the context for our forthcoming U.S. business trip (March 2–13), which will include visits to Miami, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
